NZ Post Shop Meadowbank

Consistently have a LINE of people and never more than 1 staff member working. Always takes 30-45mins to do anything.

Worst experience Ive ever had in any retail outlet - the manager or 2nd manager as main manager was off. Was nothing but disgustingly rude. Trying to set ird number at the post office with all the correct paper work and straight up refused because she was under trained and no idea what she was doing. Unacceptable attitude from a worker in the local community. Would recommend remuera paper plus instead . Took all the same documents their and they processed with no issues. Still outraged and embarrassed by how I was treated in this shop

All new staff at the Meadowbank NZ post! All three ladies were kind and extremely helpful.

DISGUSTING customer service from Judith. She acts as if she is above all and needs an attitude adjustment asap. She is very aggressive, rude and unhelpful. Once she snatched my envelope out of my hand with an eyeroll but I made the mistake of coming back here today. She is the prototype for passive aggressive, stuck up old customer service worker. Might be needing a replacement. I should've read the reviews before coming because every other post office has been wonderful to us but this is our local.

Most terrible experience ever. I'm 6 months pregnant AND had two boxes with no assistance whatsoever this includes taping both boxes after having to purchase tape and not an offer of scissors until I was almost done. Felt like I was spoken down too or at by both Judith and Priyanka. Strongly suggest some customer service professional development. Maybe it's just how they do it here in Meadowbank - but utterly dissappointed with my experience this morning. If I could've given zero stars...I would have. Wouldn't reccommend this Post Office.
