Quality of furniture low, practicality of drawer units ok for small clothes, doesn't acomadate for bulkier items if you don't have sufficient wardrobe space or no wardrobe at all

I bought a couch and when it was delivered I put it together to find that the feet were worn down, there was dirt around where the feet attach showing it had been assembled before and there were pull marks on the fabric, especially on one of the arms. I contacted the store about this as it was sold to me as a new item, not a floor model or a returned item. I sent images to show the wear and the damage and I received an email saying it was clear that I had dragged the box inside and this caused the damage. Not the way to address a complaint by making accusations to the customer with absolutely no basis! The boxes were carried in by myself and the delivery driver and to be accused so abruptly like of something to get them out of it with no basis, that is such poor customer service. I just wanted some sort of resolution but I just got a snarky email. I will never purchase anything from Sue-e Furniture again and I certainly do not recommend them to anyone. Beware! There are plenty of other furniture stores, I would strongly recommend you give Sue-e furniture a wide berth.
