Thoroughly shocked and disgusted at the offhand treatment I have received from someone who described herself as a 'reliever' who was filling in for the residential manager, and one of the agents recently. No communication between this 'reliever' and the agent dealing with the property when I was willing to take the property. Her attitude was I felt condescending and dismissive and she seems not to have communicated my interest to the agent. The agent told me "you never got back to me to say you wanted it!:" And in a more recent instance another agent for another property did not show up to the viewing, did not answer the call enquiring where she was, and when we finally had the viewing on another day did not contact me with the decision as she said she would. This is after the gravity of my current situation with hazardous living situation was communicated - that is was an urgent matter to secure new accomodation. I find it dismaying that a well-established institution that takes part in Santa Parades and prides itself on being an upstanding organization and member of the community - treats those in need and putting their best foot forward - with lack of due care and professionalism. This is especially the case when suitable housing and obligations of owners and agents are being highlighted.

Very friendly & helpful staff who seem to make your visit comfortable and relaxing. I have dealt with B&T for 10 years and the service has been excellent. Will definitely recommend them to anyone
