I was introduced to Roy Adams and Kesh Rai from Asset Consulting shortly after I moved to Auckland in early 2020. It was at that time I had decided to start investing in properties. I had an initial consultation with Roy (free of charge), in which he assessed my financial position in detail and advised an investment strategy. After some consideration I decided to sign a contract with the Asset Consulting, and I must say that it was one of the best decisions in my life! As a member I was taking part in regular educational meetings as well as weekly property tours. These significantly improved my property investing knowledge and gave me more confidence. Kesh personally found for me several properties, as per my requirements. Finally I decided to go for a Home & Income property investment and Kesh negotiated with the real estate agent/vendor on my behalf to obtain a really good deal. Moreover, Kesh had been supporting me during the entire process of the purchase. Roy and his Accountant calculated for me several scenarios for my investment (eg. renting both new properties versus living in one and renting the other) giving me a clear picture on which option was financially advantageous to choose for my circumstances. During all the process I felt well supported and safe. I strongly recommend the Asset Consulting team for anyone willing to start their adventure with in the investment property market!

Roy helped me with finding a property which is cash positive and is low maintenance. He has helped me previously to find 2 more properties in Auckland central, and made the whole process easy and painless for me, doing all the hard work. Roy is amazing. He also helped my son to find his 1st home a year ago, and the neighbouring unit in the same block just sold in June for 100K more than we paid for ours. Buying a house could not have happened for us without the team at Asset Consulting! Kesh was on the ball when it came to looking for properties that would meet our needs and most importantly our budget. He was available to talk to use whenever we had a question. Kesh made securing our purchase a top priority liaising with agents and our mortgage broker. We absolutely couldnt have done this without him and look forward to working together again in the near future! Thanks Kesh and Roy for all your hard work, it is much appreciated!

I have dealt with Asset consulting recently and cannot recommend them highly enough. They are extremely professional and very thoughtful, listening to what you really need and guiding you in the right direction. Honesty, empathy and integrity comes across admirably and l will be singing their praises to anyone and everyone looking to move on the property ladder at any level l know.
