        Initially I thought the service and the unit was great, until I was OVERCHARGED on my final payment (automatic deduction from CC) for a full month instead of 1 day. Despite initial assurances it would be refunded it's now been 10 weeks and no refund and I am receiving no reply to my emails. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

        Does the trick. Automatically locks you out if you are over 7 days late with your monthly payment. I would have given them 4 stars if Mandy wasnt the manager there.
