        We were at Turners doing some research on a first car for my son. Walked around for 20 minutes and not one person came to help us. They were all standing around by the office.

        We bought a car here, however there was no spare tire and jack which is something that we thought should be provided with every car advertised/sold or at least be advised that it's not provided.

        Do Not Buy Cars from them!!! I bought a BMW a year ago for $15k, drove only just over 10,000km. There has been so many problems with the car. They have paid two repairs as the problems found right after we drove home. We found other problems which we fixed ourselves. Now it failed its first WOF which will cost us another $500 to repair. I dont understand how the car passed its initial WOF and what does Turners Certified mean?! Should the car be checked and made sure it should not have any problems for at least a year! I thought Turners was a good brand, and trustworthy! Very disappointed!
