        Been to the beaches here on a lovely sunny day, this was not one of those. Good day for a hike to Takatu and recon the point which was impressive. Lots of birds working the point, though getting to the water is not for the faint hearted with gear in tow. Was a decent and enjoyable hike with my sons and nephews
