Would NOT use this company again! There is no website you can log into or view more property information. Therefore you can't book online and there are no reviews for each property. You can't see further information about any of the properties either, you just have to email the manager. The bach was lovely (15 Kitty Frazer Lane, Omaha), however was clear that it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The kitchen had plenty of cutlery and crockery but very little of anything else. Over Christmas especially when you are making salads and barbeques, some serving utensils would have been handy. There is also NOTHING in the way of basics like tea, coffee or sugar. The cupboards are just bare. The worst is that the manager is on a crusade to stop people making rubbish, so will only provide one small kitchen bin liner. That is it. If you want more you have to buy your own. To imagine that a family of 5 would only have one small bin of rubbish over Christmas is ridiculous. When you want to book you get sent a xero invoice that gets paid to a private account. There is no receipt and no way of log in in to anywhere to review payments left. Until we actually arrived at the property I was worried the whole thing was a scam. DEFINITELY not a user friendly experience.

Booked a house through bookabach that was managed by Omaha Holiday Homes that was misrepresented, was dirty and definitely not the luxury bach it was listed as. The property manager Nicola wouldn't answer her phone during the weekend even though the website states 24 hour concierge and would not meet us at the house when we wanted to show her the state of the place. Very bad customer service.
