This was an experience in the modern day to behold!!! Way beyond 10/10. Flocon could not have been better. Carl and the team were professional from the get go, sorted what was required to suit, as the original Aircon unit installed was way too small for purpose and died. Everything went according to plan, on time, and the team doing the installing were polite, capable, and happy, and left everything spic and span to boot!! Cannot recommend them highly enough. Service was not bad. But charged me $140 plus GST for the wall bracket so the outdoor unit can be mounted on the outside wall instead of the plastic feet! I didnt notice that it wasnt included in the quote since I thought I made it clear to the sales guy. Anyways, I would have said no to the service if I had known it would cost a that much for that bracket. I just got a quote for another heatpump foe another room, and bracket costs only $52 inc GST! Took sometime as well to get the COC, but no big deal on that one. So would I get them again OR recommend them? Probably nah. In fact, I didnt get them for the other heatpump I had installed to another room im the house. Service: Install AC

Installing a Heat pump was a big ticket item for me, so I did a lot of research beforehand. I decided to go with Flocon and was very happy with the result. The Head of Sales suggested a number of options, concentrating on what would work best, rather than what was the most expensive at one point saying not to waste my money on something I suggested. The installers turned up exactly on time and were careful with our possessions during the installation. The install itself wasnt straightforward due to our house layout, but the end result looks fabulous. I came home to a totally clean house and a happy household. I would recommend Flocon to my friends and would certainly use them again. Service: Heating system installation
