My son enjoys sleeping on his first super comfy queen size bed - fast delivery, good customer service. Only down side is that it is very heavy!

If I could give no stars I would. They dont even deserve one star! Do not buy from this company unless you want constant excuses, blaming someone else for why you have the wrong bed then just not even retuning your phone calls or messages. A few months ago we brought a bunk bed from them to be sent the wrong bunk bed and also be missing our single mattress. It took almost a month to get the single mattress dropped off after calling and texting them constantly and being told it would be the next day for it not to come. We are still trying to get the correct bunk bed yet now get every excuse under the sun. Its now to the point where they dont even answer when I call and only answered when I rang off a different number. Unless you want to waste your time I could NOT recommend not using these people more!!

Dear Aucklander, Wanted to share an experience with you - if you are planning to buy a mattress or bed from the store. Refunds is an issue. I visited the Henderson store in an emergency - as wife had contracted a muscular problem - and urgently needed a good bed. We selected one Bed and even PAID for it. The order got delivered the following week. My Wife's condition has improved due to physiotherapy but she sleeps vertically still due to her VESTIBULAR issue. After constant calls to THE STORE To have the MATTRESS REPLACED - as it WAS CAUSING MORE TROUBLE THAN THE PREVIOUS ONE WE HAD - we were told it cannot be done. BUT WHAT CAN BE A BIGGER FAULT IN A MATTRESS - IF one is able to not sleep ONE SINGLE NIGHT on it - after buying it. Yes - our Buy was in a Hurry - As it was an Emergency - she could not even check the mattress as she cannot lie down DUE TO HER MEDICAL CONDITION on it plus the Store was closing at 5 pm - But That does not mean it cannot be replaced if the Customer CANNOT SLEEP A SINGLE DAY ON IT. FOR THOSE - who think its a fake review - ATTACHING THE INVOICE OF PURCHASE WHICH HAPPENED ON JUNE 1, 2020. Thanks much for reading. REFUNDS should be undertaken if customer is not happy with the purchase.

Go to another bed store! I ordered my beds and bases 2 weeks ahead of time. Paid in full and delivery date and time was scheduled, so all good up to that point. I rang close to the delivery time just to check that my beds are on their way. I was advised that it will be delivered 2 days later. Seriously?! They managed to get the beds to me on the same day but it was a late delivery and the wrong beds were delivered! Lucky I took photos of the beds I chose to buy in store. (Note: We didnt sleep on the new but wrong beds. I even covered it with a fitted sheet and kept most of the packaging as the mattresses were delivered rolled up which we werent told about when we bought the beds.) So I have to ring them up again to have the wrong beds and bases taken and the right ones delivered. They were even trying to convince me that those are the beds I bought and the product names were just changed. Again, seriously?! The right queen bed and base were delivered 4 days later, while the single bed was not in stock. So they were trying to convince me to avail of their upgrade to a king single or to a more expensive single bed at no cost. I said no because I know what I want. Then I went to buy my single bed in another store which was a far more better experience! So they have to refund me now for the single bed. Ive been waiting for 2 weeks for my refund. I keep following up and they keep promising, but the money hasnt been returned to my account. Any thoughts what I should do next? This store has caused a lot of stress! If I can give it a half star rating, I would! I went to this store because years ago I bought a mattress from them and I remember it being a quick and easy purchase and the mattress was just what I wanted. But because of my recent experiences, to say that Im frustrated is an understatement! Perhaps the only sensible person there is Silky who sold me my beds and is helping me to get my refund. Save yourself the trouble and stay away from Beds NZ. Updates: - Refund received as of 10.03 am today. Buying beds and getting a refund shouldn't be this hard. - If you don't mind a rolled-up mattress and you're looking for value, you can consider buying from Beds NZ. However, just make sure you have a lot of time and tons of patience to chase them up regularly if things go wrong.
