Purchased a BMW 116i back in late August 2022 for almost 20k and not even six months after purchase I had a major issue with my instrument cluster. Completely unresponsive and wasnt a simple fuse fix. Called back to the dealer and they said its completely out of their hands which is disappointing as I havent even had the car for six months. Dealer just said You bought it from us now its out of our hands, youd think that theyd take a look since I had just purchased from them a few months prior. They didnt even offer to repair or take a look at the car. Took no responsibility or accountability. They completely disregarded my situation. It takes a few grand to get a new cluster which is something I wasnt expecting as this car was pretty low on kms. I ran it maybe a couple of times before it broke down. Do not recommend, save your money and go to a dealership that actually looks after their customers.

Bought the car from here and had an issue with the fog lights on next day. Tried sorting out the problem, and our Salesperson William helped me with that by arranging the repair on the same day. Issue was sorted with No Disappointment. Thanks William!
