Disappointing. Good store layout with good range, where it starts and ends. Three Indian staff, one is assisting other customers, the other two got up from their desks I thought to assist us and other customers in-store, nope it was talk on their mobile phones, they were speaking Indian so you can only assume they were personal calls. They were well aware we were there, and watched us looking at furniture whilst talking away. As business owners, we know how it goes, phone calls second, you have customers present in store, that is the priority. Terrible customer experience, we wont be back.
