He passed me a tissue without speak anything, just used his hand hold the tissue slide down touched my chest then my hand, I just realized he wants to pass me the tissue. I'd hope his is not on purpose, but really easy to avoid that if he can just tell people take a tissue from the box by themselves. And very loudly talk about my condition in front of other people in the lobby after we already walk out from his room. If you ever have other choices for ophthalmologist in Auckland, you don't want to come to here.

From the personal feelings and impression ... Doctor talked loudly in a cozy space one-sided. He did not care words come out from his mouse, we are very stressed, and shocked. He did not give us useful advice. He denied what the patient has been experiencing. Due to the way of his speaking, which was loud and fast, we felt that his attitude was offensive. He must watch how he behave.
