Wendy's Hamburgers

Food was good, but got the order wrong. All our extras was not given. Highly dissapointed in store failing on the extras.

Not gonna lie. I don't normally leave reviews but as someone with experience in customer service when I got my food tonight. The order was wrong, I don't care enough to go back. And normally I don't mind however I believe the reason why is because *as I saw thru the drive thru window* - the staff were more interested on what was on their phones and blasting their music, than to focus on making sure orders were correct. Forgive me if I overstep but I don't believe they had a manager tonight.. At the end, my straws were forgotten and I recieved a completely different shake to the one that I ordered. Hence why I'm leaving the review, kinda hoping someone in a higher position will realize what took place at the very least..don't even want anyone punished just like: If you're going to kickback a bit, at least make sure orders are correct. (Maybe turn down the music so you don't shout into the intercom too) In short: 3 stars cos it's wendys and the food is nice as ever, but the lack of any decent service tonight was somewhat upsetting. I understand wanting to kick back a little but it was definitely overdone tonight :/

We did not enjoy anything I'm quite disappointed the cheese fries was the only thing that actually tasted ok. The burgers were mediocre at best. I should of made my own.
