        Kaiora and babie were amazing ! They made our family feel so warm, welcomed and they took alot off our shoulders during alert level 3 (oct 2021) & the tipene team did amazing showcase mum on tv. She definitely would have loved that We cant thank you enough xo but THANKYOU AGAIN

        Attended a funeral on 22nd February at Henderson. Funeral director appeared disinterested, diffident, sauntering about, disappeared from the room leaving adjoining doors open. Huge amount of machinery noise from adjoining factory? It was time to close the casket, funeral director had to be searched for, finally appeared. Then casket was carried out through the loading bay, which made no pretence of being anything else! To one side were 3 large green rubbish bins. As a funeral celebrant, who has officiated or attended many funerals, this was the most appalling situation I have ever encountered. unprofessional
