        Horrible experience. I received expired products which they pretty much ignored my requests for new products or a refund. I received really careless customer service. Little communication despite many attempts to communicate from me. Clearly they have expired products on the shelf (up to more than 2years) which isnt great if youre treating your hair with that stuff. Wont use again and wont be recommending anyone to this store/ service. Extremely disappointing.
