I was 10 minutes late to my appointment today. They rebooked my appointment. No issue with this as it is my fault. But the lady receptionist who I assume is Filipino/Asian, was rude. I truly understand that I am in the wrong but there is no need for the attitude. She rudely told me that "we do not tolerate lateness" without considering the reason why I am late. What we need from healthcare professionals are kindness and sympathy. Her attitude is so uncalled for. The rest of the team is kind and calm. They were straight to the point and does not add unnecessary comments. I have had great experiences with them, and this lady who I assume is new was honestly so disrespectful. People who come to your service are going through health problems and do not need this rude behaviour. Additionally, if she claims that your service does not tolerate lateness, then why do I always have to wait 15 to 30 minutes for my appointment even if I come on time? I have never had an experience where I see a nurse or GP exactly on time. But if I was late for more than 5 minutes, my appointment is immediately cancelled without consideration. This is unfair but I understand that the nurses/GP are busy and understaffed/overworked/burnout. However, take in mind that it is also very, very difficult to get bookings. Imagine how frustrating it is for us as clients to have cancelled bookings for being more than 5 minutes late and be treated disrespectfully on top of that instead of just being sympathetic. I am just expecting to be treated with mutual respect because I treat them with respect too. The Filipino/Asian lady seriously needs to learn to be respectful, especially for her age and the type of position she has. To the rest of the team, you guys are doing great and hopefully are getting the support needed.

I've been coming here for years, I took my son in to see the doctor & was asked to sign a form at reception to update my details. 4mnths later, i called to make an appointment for myself only to be told my name was removed from their role by the Ministry of Health??? What i dont understand is that my wife and kids' names are still there!!!!! But! I didn't receive any email, no ph nor tx message to notify me about this. I haven't died yet......

My wife has been trying to call for over a week and the phone goes straight to a message she finally gets through to get an appointment in the 16th of May this is ridiculous how can you run a clinic and let patients wait close to a month for an appointment . This place use to be good before they went to a booking system . Time to find a new doctor for our family . Should be zero stars
