TANK Lincoln Road - Smoothies, Raw Juices, Salads & Wraps

Lack of service. Never have enough ingredients. Always something missing. Quality of food/drinks is below average. Not made well. Northwest/WestCity tank is A LOT better.

drinks are always amazing i came in before and brought a salad and a drink combo the staff was super friendly and wait was not long food came out beautifully and im going to say it was the best caesar salad ive ever had!

Every time I go to this tank theres issues! Service is extremely slow. I usually order online so its there when I arrive- but half the time I get there at the expected time and they havent even started making my order, or they have no idea what Im talking about! Often understaffed, but even when they have 4 people working its still just as slow, with no greetings, apologies for long wait times and they dont even acknowledge you half the time. Once I went in and asked to collect my online order, was told it was almost ready. I waited there an extra 15 minutes before I asked again, and another worker said my order had been ready in the fridge the whole time! Staff definitely need to communicate and get more training, this seems to happen regularly at this store.

Only come here if youve got a solid 20 minutes spare to wait, workers are definitely on their own time. One working hard (but slow) and other just standing in corner doing nothing
