disgusting toilet, cockroachs in the driers, some rude customers who I crossed paths with. this was my experience today. two stars as their card system is really good. otherwise, I wont come back.

I usually come to this laundromat to tumble dry my washing but one Saturday evening about a month ago at 8pm my daughter and I came here and there was a white man hanging around the laundromat not doing any laundry but making intimidating gestures to myself and my daughter which made us feel very scared and unsafe. There were a few other people in the laundromat but he had his focus on us. The fact that there is another door open at the back is very unsafe especially in the evenings. The back door should be closed and locked and only a front door opened. That would alleviate the unwanted elements from wondering in from the back toilet which is untidy, unkept and filthy. The public cant use such a disgusting toilet anyway. The male that hung around had long blonde rasta hair, green eyes, shaggy looking clothes and made hand gestures as if to warn us. I told feel safe coming here any longer and if I have to come I now have to bring my partner with me. The owners should look into this and have a better security solution at night. There are lots of cameras inside the laundromat but this doesnt help if both doors are open at night for unwelcome elements to hang around.

Board prices say 14kg $5=45 ripped me off the extra 5 mins on all three of my machines. Also topped up my card $10 and only had a bal of $9.. tried calling no answer. First and last time coming here

Royal has to be one of the cleanest self serve laundromat. I'm here at least once a week, and there's always staff cleaning machines, or floors. Reasonable prices for wash and dryers. Gold coins or card operated machines, user friendly too
