        Very hard to make an appointment. They dont open their dairy to allow bookings in advance so I had to call several times and was told to call back closer to the date. The receptionist was rude and said not even she could advise when bookings were available. Disappointing to have such unfriendly service. There are significant wait times on the phone to make a booking and despite multiple form requests for a booking I still have not received an email response or call back. The service and booking process does the business a disservice.

        I came this morning with my wife. Receptionist was polite and helpful. We were early and were able to be seen early. The radiologist was Chrisna and she asked us if her being a trainee was ok. Yes. Very efficient and thoughtful with my wife and me. Very happy, thank you. Happy New Year.
