Terrible service. The inspector reported crazy things that even other mechanics were not even able to see and agree with. I asked him to explain to me his report and I was not able to understand why he reported that. Worst place to go. NEVER GO THERE!

We didn't like the service at this place because the guy said so many things that we should do in the car. Ex: he said that we have to change the seat belt because it had a lot of cuts and there was no cut at all. Although just one thing that he said made sense and we fixed it, the rest of them didn't. We went to another place and the wof was approved. I won't be back again

We've been using Drivesure henderson for years even since they were before Drivesure. Sadly we will not be going back after a couple of experiences with a rude member of staff who seems to be more interested in exercising his ego than anything else. This is not a reflection on the rest of the business where we have never had a problem with any of the staff previously but this is a repeat occurrence now. edit: @owner. It should be no surprise to you. If you scroll down through the negative reviews you've been receiving they relate to the same person. I think you know who this person is. He is letting down the rest of your team. Your competitor vtnz inspected our cars this morning and the difference in levels of courtesy, friendliness and customer service were very marked.
