        I had Drain Surgeons twice on site, and to they were unable to not just solve the problem, but they were unable to identify the issue. I had to spend $1400.00 to get another contractor to do what they supposed to do Take care out there for cowboy's!

        Not a good experience - tried to get a callout for a repair from these guys, was told would have someone out, then got silence for months. Have moved on.

        The initial call out and contact with the company was simply amazing unfortunately it went down hill from there. No call backs, no response to emails, no promised quotes for further work. A bit of a shame really. I understand they may have been busy and overloaded however an email or call explaining this would have been appreciative instead of me trying to chase up with my drainage problem only getting worse.

        Initial contact was fine. When the job couldn't be completed on the day which was an access issue i needed to address, then no contact for 2 weeks, after repeat text and apologies I cancelled job.
