Well its now been 48 hrs of waiting for my click and collect still no email to collect usually by the next day if order at night its usually sorted midday next day, not this time and to call and the guy wouldn't even check on the computer just told me he's doing now but how does he know that without my information, I found that extremely rude of the Henderson store, I don't think I'll be shopping their again after that rudeness definitely won't be doing click and collect anyway the process times get longer and longer each time i put in order most places these days do 1 hr click and collect. I do like the ciff floor cleaner awsome product and the pop tarts also the sweets range overall good selection just poor staff also poor management im guessing 1 day i stood at the counter for over 5 min and no 1 came to counter I could see 1 staff member on the floor then someone came from the back either they need more staff or lazy staff, I don't see any advertising for needing staff but who knows, just go in store people its easier
