Had the most horrific experience with a female staff member named Consuela. Politely asked for some hot water for my babys bottle, she walked away from me with no response. Came back and said what you want aggressively. When I politely repeated myself, she verbally attacked me for not saying the word please (again). She was instantaneously aggressive and hostile where I was visibly shaken and shocked. Ive never experienced anything quite like this bizarre situation which has left my really shaken and upset. I have laid a formal complaint and will be escalating

Me too..gosh rude as lady today amongst the upgrade happening there. No need for it. Sarcastic even..wow (not the quiet Indian lady) the other one 1:15pm) boooh

Called yesterday Friday night 3x no answer. Called 2x Sat and answered on third call. Enquires about trailer hire and cost and was told I would have to come into the store and find out for myself she doesnt know the cost or availability. Spoke with Sia, her manner was very rude and abrupt and definitely not interested in provided customer service let alone good customer service
