Have had bad experiences in the last 2 visits from the same woman at Bp (woman in hijab) just as a mode of identification, My first instance , I asked to pay with multiple cards - she rolled her eyes and was very rude to deal with there is no customer service ! Second instance, I had placed my order online and was waiting for coffee , I politely ask how far is my order, to which she loudly said it is coming . my order I had put a comment saying medium hot - but my coffee was served extra hot , I picked up my coffee at 10:25 couldn't not drink it till 11, i asked my husband to hold it too he said it is extremely hot! We drink coffee on a daily! when i requested that if she can do something , to which she replied- it is normal , drink first, she is very rude and u pleasant to deal with ! I try and avoid your coffee place because of her !

I have been coming to this bp station for 15 years and never had a problem, today I stopped to fill my bike, pushed the fill button, and waited like 8 min for the teller to activate the pump she would not do it, so I walked up to the window and asked her to put it on and, she said NO! you have to come inside and pay first, I said how do I know the amount if I am filling my tank ?? I said I have filled up here at least once a week for years and never once had to come inside to pay first, So if anyone else gets this bad service from the Muslim woman with the burka (I say this as means of identification, so she is not confused with any of the other employees that I have dealt with for the last 14 years that gave great service on at this station,), please take the time to let the owners know here by the way she spoke to me she may be the owner's wife or family member because she had no clue or care about customer service at all, she said her name was Shera or Sandra probably a lie , BP you have a rotten egg there

Ive been going into this BP station for years , the weekly staff are amazing come out fill up your car and very helpful etc . To day was terrible never have I been spoken to by the girl behind counter as I was to day !!! Am making a formal complaint but cant get through on the ph . Will go in during the week and talk to the manager.
