The customer service was the worst I've ever seen got made to feel like asking them to print something was an extra service and not apart of the services they provide as someone with major anxiety issues in life this store has put my anxiety through the roof and all fo a service you supposedly provide ,

Poor customer service. The lady from printing apartment hung me up while I tried to explain to her what happened to the products. Will NEVER come here again.

I was really impressed with the customer service of the young man I dealt with. Was very helpful, offered to staple my documents for me, and made sure I was happy. I will definitely return again

Once again, walked out of the store shocked by the unbelievable behavior of the rude lady Sandy at the print area. I've been in for printing multiple times over the last 2 months and this is the 3rd or 4th time I've had to deal with her unpleasant attitude. Previously, she's sighed and made anything I've asked seem like a hard task but today was the end of it for me. I asked for double sided colored prints and she handed me a stack of black and white, single sided prints then charged me for all the paper used. Because she's so awful to engage with, I went to the other staff member straight after and told him that she had made a mistake and asked if he could help me. Instead of appologising for HER error, she then stood there only meters away from me, talking about me and telling him I was wrong. She's so busy being rude and snappy at the till that she does not listen properly then has the cheek to speak badly about customers INFRONT of them. Every other staff member I've dealt with over the years have been lovely and helpful. I've just read other reviews and multiple people have written about her behavior yet she's still there serving people ' wake up management - your customers deserve better. I'm certainly no longer one of them.
