Stephen Hill OPSM Optometrist

Stephen Hill is an excellent optometrist.Thorough, calm , covers everything and explains what he is doing and why.I have never been rushed.He also gave me the excellent news that my eyesight had changed and had now improved.He also suggested exercises I could do to improve my sight and use of an eye pack for tired and sore eyes. His reception staff are courteous and very pleasant to deal with.

I have been going to Stephen since 2008 and am extremely happy with the service he provides. Stephen is calm and very thorough, and has always prescribed a lens that has precisely met my (changing) needs. The front office staff are also lovely and willing to spend a lot of time helping me to choose a frame that suits my face. Their reminder and follow-up service is also excellent. Highly recommended. They also helped another family member after an accident and liaised with the eye specialist and ACC on our behalf. They go the extra mile. PS: If you have Southern Cross insurance, then the eye exam is free.

I have been going to Stephen Hill for over 10 years, and he is truly the best! Completely professional yet personable, an excellent optometrist who I recommend to my friends and family. It is rare these days to find a person who takes pride in their profession, and Stephen is such a person. Five star service, five star skills, five star technology and a lifelong customer, as long as he's practising!
