        Yesterday was my first infrared sauna and what a lovely, sweaty time. Gorgeous sauna everything was so well considered, wow what a profound sweat you get on, much nicer than trad sauna, cold shower after was heaven. Kate was awesome, Im making this part of my weekly on going care 30mins all to myself to just let it go. Slept beautifully last night and feel lighter today. Toxins are def moving on. Look forward to trying some other services The Hub offer. This place is great and affordable, consider that the same sauna experience is up to $75 in central suburbs.
