        Unfortunately the man on the phone was condescending when I was simply asking about how the process of colour matching works when I come in. Essentially he said "sorry I haven't got time for this right now I'm too busy - most people know what that means and I haven't got time to explain it." Said in a condescending tone. How is that meant to make a customer feel? You are the experts and we are seeking advice and guidance as a customer. It made me feel stupid when I was just asking some clarifying questions. Called another shop on the north shore and they were super friendly and explained everything with care and patience.
