Helpful, kind and genuine. Elissa was really wonderful to deal with throughout the house buying process. Being first home buyers, everything was new to us. Elissa was generous with her time, happy to answer questions, and showed a genuine care. We felt throughout the process that Elissa had our best interests at heart, as well as the vendors. She has gone over and above for us in terms of guidance, support, hours she has put in, thoroughness and results! Communication was a breeze and we were kept up to date at all times. Elissa is a genuine, honest and transparent person and showed us great patience given it was our first time selling a home. Elissa has been a great agent for us to deal with - both with looking for properties and in selling ours. She was fantastic in supporting and assisting us in our property search for a new home. Elissa listens well, and connects with people to truly understand what they are looking for, and wont waste your time with properties that aren't suitable. Once we had purchased & decided to sell our property, Elissa knew what was needed at our price point in the market to make our property 'pop', and the questions and queries that potential buyers would have, and was proactive in addressing these.
