    Timewasters, don't use their services. They contacted me a few months ago as I was selling my property privately. Said that they had interested people and offered to come for a chat. Showed them my property and had a general convo about everything. They said that they would come back to me with a very good offer. Had a couple of calls after that asking to meet after 7pm. 7pm? why not midnight. Anyway, after a couple of calls like that they completely disappeared.

    Highly unprofessional agency based on our recent experience working with one of their top most real estate agent from this branch since last two months been working as listing agent for our property. Agents from this branch generally been trained to give you gloomy picture with high pre appraisal first of all when you meet them as a vendor and then only try to sell your house with open homes if it sells then good otherwise they would not even bother finding buyers etc from their database or through other contacts for you apart from usual online marketing which all agents does anyhow across the board. Also they give you false information that they had some people interested in your property as a investor or first home buyer etc but no one turns up to your property at the end as it happened to us atleast three to four time apart from open home just to help them gauge our interest as seller nothing else while not having buyers. I am saying this is based on our most recent experience with top agent from their team who claims themselves to be the suburb expert etc. Money does not matter to this top agent as they prefer easy money coming in their pockets by devaluing your property price in this slow market just to get quick and easy commission for their sale count etc rather then making more sincere effort in the field searching for buyers. On top of this always recommend other sellers to check commission rate as branch to branch agents have different price alongside their marketing fees within Harcourts itself which is quite shameful itself in my view being same company. Specially you will beaten hard by this so called top agent with their pricing structure being very higher for marketing and commission rates etc and with their sale price and time taken to sale is not worth it in my view as the outcome for us was disastrous even though we really had a good property on the market to sale which they couldnt sale it at the end due to less time been invested for sale on our property. Apart from this some of their agents are not willing to work with each other as they all work for themselves with their own listings which is why the reality is properties are getting ignored for months to be sold and they end up selling for less price just mainly because of poor commission strategy structure for both conjunctional and within Harcourts sales when working between listing and other agent who has buyers. When we work as team we get good results but this organisation has a different agenda on its end. Really appalling experience we suffered due to this situation in this regards. We even had a instance when buyer literally went passed through us while agent was not comfortable dealing with our top listing agent being from Harcourts. On top of this the top real estate agents would never do general listing due to fear of losing their own commission while on the other hand willing to pay small amount if other company agent bring their buyers and do their hard work more then listing agent so which is why I said earlier top agents are least bothered about selling your property as only interested in getting tons of listing and leaving on others to sale and pay them less for their work due to the companys poor commission structure. Lastly, it is my advise to anyone selling their property is to find a agent who have less listing at any time alongside good sale record overall which means they can do proper justice to your listing to sale rather then this so called top agents who dont have time to work with you and give you their corporate answers about market analysis, busy schedule and other tantrums etc when they are unable to do any justice and give that extra time and effort every property needs to find its buyers apart from conducting open homes only to find that buyer. We are very relieved finally that we are out of this hell working with this so called top agent and company. Hope it improves for good in future for other vendors experience who would deal with this branch and so called top most agent.
