    I'm (used to be) a regular costumer there. Their soup always come out boiling hot. I did ask the chef to serve it less hot a while ago but it only lasted a couple of time before going back to boiling hot. Yesterday I accidently knocked the just served hotpot bowl when I tried to stand up and it burnt my belly as well as my upper legs. Both the woman and man who run the business saw me when it happened. But they didn't offer any help. I walked to the bathroom and spent 10 minutes there trying to splash cold water on my burnt body. My kids were with me at the time, I asked one of them to ask the business to pack our food as I won't be able to eat here and I need to go to treat myself. We were ignored until l came out of the bathroom. The woman was busy wiping the floor. Obviously their floor is more important than their customer. I asked her again to pack the food now as I had to go. She then went to pack the food, still didn't offer me any help or asked me how I was. I had to ask her for the icepack, she said they don't have it. I then asked if they have any ice cubes. She hesitated a little said she can give me some ice cubes. I ended up in hospital that night till 3AM the next morning....I'm NOT going there ever again.
