Private Area Function 29/04/2023 Absolutely amazing staff who were appointed to Service our Function. Will definitely Hire Private Area again in the future, although most of our guests enjoyed the outside area. Thank you once again.

Just arrived at hangar, went to order my drinks and got turned down to buy drinks when my nephew who you could clearly see he was over 18 (tattoos and full on beard) was with me at the same time trying to order food but didnt have ID. She had seen my ID when asked to show. The woman who dealt with us had such a rude aura about her, she had told us my nephew will have to leave premises if I wanted to be served if not I should go down to goode home on Lincoln road which we eventually did and they made our experience so much better. Wont be coming back here again.

I was really shocked at the way one of the workers spoke to me when I tried to order a juice and fries. I had already ordered a cranberry juice 5 minutes earlier but when I went back up to the bar to order some food I was asked for ID but I didnt think I would have needed it just for buying a juice and chips obviously with no alcohol in it but when I said I didnt have an ID I was told I wasnt able to buy anything neither was my cousin or Aunty so I asked why is that If I am not buying alcohol her answer was that if I had no ID I wasnt even allowed to be on the premises witch was really bad service for our liking
