Civil Underground recently did our retaining wall & excavation. I got quotes from quite a few companies and Civil Underground beat them all. At first, others seemed to have better pricing but they didn't offer thorough quoting (eg. price was per meter cubed of removal rather than total). Civil Underground was also accommodating to the time delays caused by council. Once approvals were finally confirmed, it took them less than a week to start the work. Though the guys forgot to take a few of the nails out (on the last day we got hit with heavy rain that they did work through) the job was done very quickly (two weeks!) and to a good standard. The communication of Civil Underground and all of their staff was very good throughout. Even though their website sucks and it would be nice to see more of their work on display, overall, I can happily and comfortably recommend Civil Underground.
