Great locations, fantastic service. We also purchased their packing boxes, which were incredibly durable, and had a great variety of sizes. Went to multiple sites to get them, and all had the same great fantastic service. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again for our next move.

Excellent storage facility - highly recommend! Their facility is safe and clean, and they provided outstanding customer service. The staff that I interacted with were very helpful. I felt that the security was excellent, and access to my storage unit was easy and convenient. I highly recommend Storage King Henderson, and will definitely be using them again for any future storage needs.

The storage units sound brilliant reading these reviews. I only wish I understood how some people were able to 'ring around' and get pricing. I went into the office to ask about pricing and all I could get was that I had to go online and request a quote. Like I don't want to be difficult, but I'm standing there in front of the staff member and they can't tell me what availability they've got of various sized units close to what I wanted, and what their pricing would be for each? I'm sorry but that's just ridiculous. Kennards manage to update *in real-time* all their unit availability, and the current rates for them, for each individual branch. I don't expect such a fantastic system of every company but why when I'm standing there in front of you, would you tell me to go home and 'request a quote'? The quote system won't fit my needs anyway because I don't KNOW how much space I want. THAT will depend on the prices. If they're good then I'll get more space and keep more stuff. If they're not then perhaps I'll give away some furniture and store less stuff. PLEASE... at least put some *indicative* pricing on your website and for god's sake if someone comes in to ask about pricing and is pretty much ready to book and sign then and there, don't tell them to go away because you can't help them!?!! note - admittedly I turned up at the end of the day near closing time, I'd travelled there on foot and was delayed because some paths and bridges were closed due to the recent floods. But they still could have given me an indication of availability and I would have happily gone in next morning to complete the signup.
