Alfa Westcity Towing & Storage

My car battery died in the middle of an intersection. I was in a quite a bit of distress so I googled West Auckland tow trucks. I called 3 West Auckland tow companies to find that one was based in Mt Wellington and the other two were actually the same company, although named New Lynn Towing & West Auckland Towing. They were based in Panmure! What a relief to call Alfa and on the other end was such a friendly lady, and finally a local company! The tow truck driver was awesome and got my car safely home for me Thank you!!!

Lovely people do deal with! I had been waiting +3h in my car for supercity towing to come, after +3h, supercity towing was just pulling jokes so I called my insurance to send someone else, these people came to the rescue within 15min. At that stage I was already desperate since I had been waiting in the dark over 3h on the side of the road, and the lovely lady on the phone reassured me, understood my issue, and the towing man who arrived was so kind. From now on I immediately tell my insurance to call these people! Amazing team!

I ran out of gas on a busy morning on the north western motorway! Thinking Ill be alright til my next stop but nope and my car went kaput . So I called these guys for a tow truck. The tow truck arrived in 20 minutes! That was super fast especially in gridlock traffic on a busy morning! The woman I spoke to was friendly and awesome. The tow truck driver was the best!
