Upset and disappointed. After making the very difficult decision to put our beautiful 15 year old lab down as her quality of life had significantly deteriorated, we turned to our local vet for guidance. Overheard the receptionist scoff to the vet at our request. So glad we instead decided on a mobile vet who was compassionate and made the whole process for both our fur baby and the whnau as caring and comfortable as possible.

Horrible vets with horrible staff! The only time I ever heard my dog yelping in agonizing pain while she forced the needle into his neck causing massive bruising. Stay clear of this awful place!!!

I am over this Vet and will now find a new one. The vets are no better than average, they have never really got to grips with my animals ongoing medical condition and the admin at this place is appalling. Messages dont get passed on, reminders dont happen, phone messages are not replied to and today they tried to charge me for an outstanding amount on my account which I knew wasnt real. The lady behind the counter was pleasant enough but the ease and speed with which this was removed when I protested made me think that she didnt trust their admin either.
