Rooms: Cosy and snug, but wonderfully comfortable. Again, with everything you need. Nearby activities: We booked a ride on the nearby Glenbrook Vintage Railway steam train, with high tea included. A lovely experience enjoyed by young and old. The trip was fully booked. We didn't use the outdoor hot tub at our accommodation, as it was a bit chilly and rainy, and we preferred to relax inside. Safety: Felt completely safe and secure. Peaceful and relaxing surroundings. Walkability: Some care needs to be taken with a few steps, especially in wet weather. Food & drinks: Brilliant cuisine. From afternoon tea with a special birthday cake to mocktails and canapes, to a 5-star 3-course dinner, and yummy tasteful breakfasts. Nothing was too much for our hosts, as I mentioned earlier. We loved our stay at Relax at Red Earth Gardens. A quality experience. Noteworthy details: Nothing was too much for our hosts, and we appreciated the little touches, such as the fresh flowers everywhere in the house and the comfortable dressing gowns. Beautiful garden and birdlife.

Oh man where to start. Alright, Firstly Brooke is the perfect kiwi host with uber cooking skills. She's not in your business, she's relaxed, and just lovely. Brooke looked after our dietary requirements better than we do and better than any restaurants we have frequented. You wouldn't know the food is gluten free it's so good. In fact I want to stop posting this so nobody else goes and decreases our future stays. B. This place is tranquil, full of natural life and vitality. Couldn't believe our luck that we got to stay here. iii) the (British tiny) house you stay in itself is modern, cozy as a cozy thing (check the view from the sofa), Alexa on tap, spa pool, darts (sorry babe, maybe you'll win next time), fruit trees to pick from.... Thanks Brooke (and Tim - ask him about Bieber) for making our anniversary awesome.

The grounds are beautiful and I enjoyed wandering around barefoot, stumbling across the different flora, fauna and nooks. I particularly liked the magenta bougainvillea that created a wall, making the perfect backdrop for photos. Looking out to the valley and river below is stunning and the garden directly in front of the deck frames the base of the view from inside nicely. The house is quaint and cosy with all the ammenities you could need and more. I was impressed with how clean and carefully considered everything was from the selection of teas, the many board games through to the curation of books. Soaking in the spa under the stars was a highlight. But the food. OMG. The food elevated this experience astronomically. You must order whatevers going, lunch, dinner, order it all. What a feast for all senses! So good. I have no words.. There is obviously so much thought and care put into Red Earth Gardens. I suspect this place would be perfect for a writers block situation, someone in need of a true wind down or dare I put it out there - influencers lol. I cannot recommend Red Earth Gardens more highly. I left vowing to return.
