I purchased two heat pumps at separate times taking advantage of getting a good deal at the Waikato Home Improvements Shows. I could not fault the quoting and installation service both times and also had good communication via their office with regard to bookings, updates and invoicing. Thank you to the whole ESS team

We had a problem with the inverter for our heat pump. The technician was able to isolate the difficult to pinpoint issue, and arranged a replacement machine under warranty with a quick turnaround.

EES installed a Mitsubishi Multi unit system (one outdoor unit and four indoor floor consoles) for us. The initial sales consultant (Sean) was very helpful and patient, making two seperate visits to ensure we landed on the right solution for our retrofit. The installation team (Ashmit & Rid) were efficient, extremely polite, and the job was completed in a single day. Good care was taken on placement and internal finish regarding install of the indoor units, and the same can be said of the outdoor unit installation and the copper piping runs under the house - thanks team. The sparky (Ali) was especially helpful in ensuring the electrical run, from a less than easy position indoors, was executed in manner requiring no indoor or external capping- all hidden. UPDATE APRIL 2023 Still no word from these guys- other than someone calling to see if I wanted a free quote for installing heating systems while they are in the area. - duh- I already have one installed by your shambles of a company. Obviously they do not check their customer base. Do not use these clowns please! Useless and have no care of customer service. I installed a ducted heat System years ago and had many issues with the placement of the ducts. Got there in the end but then after about 2.5 years the vents went very very yellow. When the service team came out I spoke to them about it and how I was unhappy and nothing happened. Then I rang and spoke to someone about it and nothing happened. Then I rang again and they said it was out of warranty by a few months and they would charge me for new vents- close to $800 As I had assumed a phone call should have got things underway I never sent an email asking for them to be changed. I remember also calling the guy who originally came out and saw me- Joseph - and taking to him about it. He did nothing ether. They just take your money- throw in the units and then dont care. I am an interior designer so when I find a great service or tradesman professional I recommend and refer them loads of work going forward. They have lost me and loads of potential future work!

Our installation of 2 heatpumps and condensers was very efficient and professional. The team of 3 worked well together and left us with no mess to clean up. The pipework and electrics on the outside are a work of art. Very pleased, thank you EES.
