I can see by the lack of (owner/management) responses to other google reviews their is a lack of care. I booked weeks out, went in for my new front screen, told the incorrect screen arrived of which i totally understand this sort of thing happens but at branch little empathy or help to get a priority date sorted, rather was told someone from contact centre would call me. I received a impersonal email "new appointment" for a months time. I phoned the call center who said they cant prioritize me, effectively at the back of the queue. Seriously??? I have a vehicle i need to drive with a massive crack which is dangerous. I had the option through my insurer to use which ever glass company i wanted so chose Smith and Smith due to historical great service. Not this time and by the looks of other reviews perhaps there has been a change in people or values as its not what it used to be.
