Great work by the OCD team!! the level of customer service by Liane is incredible... right from the first touch point to the delivery of my car was nothing short of perfection. The level of detail for the job carried out on my car was top-notch! Highly recommend them, best in the business!!

I've contacted OCD on 12-dec-2022, and I was advised that for simple car wash with tar removal. The appointment was booked on Jan-4. A few days before the appointment, I was told that no booking was made on my name. The owner was so rude, and he had no courtesy to rebook. He simply said, I can go elsewhere. Again it was rebooked after a couple of Battelle, I sent an email a few days before I might probably postponed as I am experiencing a mechanical issue. Suddenly got an cancellation email and he had no courtesy to rebook. Worst customer support. They've advised me to go elsewhere, and the attitude shows we are getting a service for free. Seems like, they show different faces to Corporate and individual clients which is not fair. They only work for corporates ( Porsche, Benz, Bmw, etc) and don't care about individual client, and they don't know how to treat their customer. FYI, we are not asking for a free service. I am sure, they will respond this review with a cooked story.
