Just had amazing customer service from Shirley. Really knowledgeable and extraordinarily patient with two newbie soon-to-be parents. She helped us get to know loads of different strollers and fit a couple of car seats with a difficult to fit ute. Really helpful and not sales-y or pushy at all. Thanks Shirley!

I just want to share my experience with Mumum at the Baby Show at ASB show ground, especially to give our gratitude to Shirley who helped us through the entire journey of picking and deciding on a new baby stroller. Unlike the other sales person we have encountered, Shirley was the only person who treated us like a friend and family and did not tried to sell us their goods on the spot. That being said, she have passed down her years of experience onto us first time parents and guided us through the entire baby growth stage. We have learnt more from Shirley than we have from any other youtube videos due to her being honest and also have a very genuine and kind heart that only wants to help parents like us. Because we trusted Shirley's advise we decided to go to Mumum at Botany to meet her again and purchased the recommended Cybex Gazelle S. We will definitely come back for more goods later on in the future. Again I would like to thank Shirley and her team and I hope she can offer her help and knowledge to other first time parents like us.
