        Only 2 staff were available in the branch. Long wait times. Customers give up waiting and walk out.

        Poor service with no understanding of customer needs. Needed to withdraw $300 had ID and bank account but had no cashflow card. After arguing with an unhelpful staff member who took offence in me not wanting a cash flow card, they finally agreed to do a manual withdrawal. Staff took 10 mins to do a simple withdrawal while I was the only customer in there. Best take your banking elsewhere, already shopping for another bank that wants our mortgage.
