        I called up to try and buy a replacement part and have been redirected to multiple channels including a call centre where the customer service representative couldnt answer any of my questions about local retailers, it didnt sound like she had much local knowledge and ended up instructing me to email my enquiries. Very slow and complicated service for something that should be pretty straightforward. Couldnt get any clear answers from the three people Ive been in touch with, so having to look at other suppliers to help. Something to keep in mind when you buy a Sharp product - parts may be difficult to replace and customer service is unclear and complicated.
