Really helpful and friendly place. Willing to go to any lengths to help and diagnose problems. Great help on the phone when I call for advice. The parts team are what I would call the gold standard. Super easy to deal with and great knowledge. I really enjoying buying parts from these guys. I took off two stars as my last mechanical experience in Newmarket was a $1200 waste. They diagnosed my car as having an issue with the differential. They said it was making a noise. So I paid $1200 in total, I supplied the parts, they charged me $800 for install. It turns out that was not the problem at all and they diagnosed wrongly. Replacing a good part. They had not even faulted the car at all it turns out but were happy to go ahead with a repair regardless. Lesson learned for me. Always get a clear 100% confirmation of what the issue is before agreeing to go ahead with any works. Plus make sure it is all in writing.

Worst service ever. Went to Nissan service to service my Nissan. After I want to collect was told they don't carry part for my Nissan and I'd have to come back.
