Pricey given its an outlet store, some of the staff here has great customer service. I would recommend shopping here.

Bought two shoes on special for $119 each none of the staff told me about the terms and conditions, which they clearly should have that once bought they cant be exchanged. Unfortunately, I took one size smaller for a gift for my mum and took back to exchange it for one size bigger then the one I had. Asian lady at the counter was so rude, she was like Myb the staff didnt tell you about the terms and conditions when you bought it and just go and read it at the front...what a rip off...she could have easily exchanged it for another size...racist, rude, disrespectful and unprofessional...should be fired because she is in the wrong occupation honestly. Plus the company should be educating their staff on the right way to deal with customers and give us the right information before the goods are purchased..what a money making scheme!
