        Very poor service and attitude - repaired unit was returned dirty, not much effort was put into the customer experience.

        Probally the worst service Ive had from an online site. Ordered parts 2 weeks ago and as yet have not received them or any response to emails about where they are. Its not that hard to supply products in 2 days in NZ. I got shirts in 4 days from Australia. I would suggest do not buy from these guys unless you are desperate for rare parts.

        I recently ordered a Lelit PL41 to replace our old espresso. Really appreciated the straight up advise and information. These guys gave incredible service! I placed my order vie their website at 2pm and received the machine at 9:45am the next morning in Hamilton. Highly recommended.
