Do NOT use this company Terrible service and cleaners. Dont do it - you will regret it. We had a cleaner who charged us for 4 hours and did 2 - a poor job at that. Was on call whole time while cleaning - talking loudly while I tried to work from home. When I realised hed been charging us double hours hed been doing I had no recompense. Invoices were continually wrong and even now that I finished with them 4 months ago they continue to send invoices I dont owe. When I talk to the company owner she took zero accountability - never returned calls. I cant believe they are still in business

Terrible service, terrible experience. Overcharged and lack of communication and compensation on their behalf. Would not recommend to anyone, just keep looking

As a Property Manager, I have used Clean Planet multiple times. I am blown away with their quality of cleaning. They really have an eye for detail, do an incredible job and are so accommodating. Highly recommend Clean Planet and their wonderful staff!

I've done moving out cleaning with them and I (and my landlord) was very happy with the result. They also worked on public holiday which was really helpful. Communication with Marina was great. We got all our questions answered right away. Highly recommend.
