LAPTOP CENTRE LTD.

Guys please post true reviews as I've just been ripped off by these guys. Found them on google saw reviews contacted them all ok, replaced screen and hinge my daughter only used it for 1 month she couldn't close the laptop so messaged Justin who was very unprofessional and getting defensive. Taken it to their repair center and they told me the hinge was broken by my daughter(SOMEHOW) and charged me another $110 plus GST. How can someone break the hinge from just using it normally??? Please DO NOT GO FOR CHEAP, you rather use someone with integrity.

Really wish I could give five stars. The team was helpful and quick in responding to me and got the repairs on my water damaged laptop done within 3 working days of me confirming I'd be happy to pay the asking price, which was great. I hadn't expected the damage to be fixable and they got everything back in working order. Unfortunately they missed a minor, possibly unrelated, issue that I'm going to need more servicing done on. I'd highly recommend these guys as long as you know what the issue you're looking to get fixed is specifically. As an aside, the location is at the back of the building in the rear parking lot. Google maps isn't great for getting you there, as it leads you to the front of the building, but that's an issue with maps.
