        I should've read the reviews before we bought our Asko washing machine. It wasn't a cheap washing machine so I expect a better service. Pam was actually very patient on the phone when we first phoned. Our washing machine broke on Monday ( still under warranty) but they can't send a serviceman till the next Monday! I phoned their electrician this morning ( Thursday) and he was able to guide me what to do over the phone and fingers crossed it doesn't happen again.
